☺What is something that can help with weight, acne, and you’re overall health in general?

You will never guess! A smoothie! But not just any kind of smoothie.
This is super easy, refreshing, and healthy smoothie that us girls do everyday, or at least try to remember to do every day.
This is how it goes: you take every single vegetable and fruit you can find in you’re kitchen and cut and peel. Make sure there is more fruits than vegetables for better taste.

Put it all in a blender and add a little water to help it mix. Then add a few spoons of yogurt and a little sugar to taste.

 

Be sure to add berries for a nicer color.
